Twitter Tools and Successful User Acquisition Strategies

Kumar Gauraw

Twitter is probably the coolest marketing tool of our generation as noted in Founder Magazine. While this is the holy grail of internet marketing for many top marketers, it is also the most confusing and frustrating channel for many.
Tools and strategies for increasing Twitter following and engagement for better influence for entrepreneurs

  1. Twitter lets you see what people are interested and talking about right now.
  2. Twitter lets you see lists of people who follow your competitors.
  3. Twitter lets you interact with all of those people instantly unlike some of the other popular networks.

On Twitter, you can easily find out who is tweeting about your topics related to your industry/product/service by using the search feature.

How To Correctly Use And Manage Twitter Direct Messages

Kumar Gauraw

Nothing annoys on social media sites, especially Twitter and Facebook, more than receiving an unsolicited message from somebody you don’t even know. Interestingly, many people send an "auto" direct message right at the moment they get a new follower.

How To Secure Your Twitter Account With Two-Factor Login Verification

Kumar Gauraw

Just a few days ago I had enabled the security feature in my Twitter account to require personal information to reset my password. That means, now Twitter asks my personal information along with my Twitter handle if I request to reset my password. Considering the number of hacking attempts being made on a daily basis these days,  it was the least I could do to strengthen my account security.

Twitter-Two-Factor-Account-Loging-Verfication

Thanks to my awesome friend, Bill Butler who sent me a news link that Twitter introduced a two-factor login verification mechanism to tighten account security. Twitter is one of my favorite social media platforms and I definitely want to secure my account.

In an effort to thwart the malicious attempts of unscrupulous people to compromise your Twitter account by rampant email phishing schemes, Twitter has now launched the company's new security feature called login-verification, a form of two-factor authentication to better protect  Twitter accounts.
